Cream Cheese (Mine like strawberry flavored)
Ensure (or Boost or anything like that)

Soy Baby Formula, Baby Oatmeal, a bit of Strawberry
Nesquik, some Banana Baby Food, and Soy Milk all mixed together.

Sweet Potato (baked & mashed)
Vanilla soymilk mixed with vanilla protein and powdered
baby food.
Whipped Cream
Yogurt
Blueberry Pancake Syrup
Butterscotch Syrup
Chocolate Syrup (dark/semi-sweet chocolate also helps with breathing)
Honey
Karo Syrup
Maple Syrup
Olive Oil will help hide the taste when mixing with other foods
Strawberry Syrup (Hershey's is really good)
IMPORTANT: If you plan on using a dairy product to administer a medication, make sure it is OK before giving it to your rat. For example, you have to be careful that you don't mix any kinds of tetracycline with a dairy-based product. Also, if s/he has pneumonia, avoid dairy products to cut down on mucus.
Mix only enough food to hide the medication taste so that they are more likely to eat it immediately. Also, try healthy foods first then only resort to foods that are high in sugar or fat if the healthy foods don't work.
